Whether you have a regular need for HR and Employment law advice or just a one-off project, our HR Consultants can meet your needs. The firm provides a full range of HR services complementing the service offered by the employment team. Our services include:
- A free initial consultation - We can provide you with the opportunity to speak with a solicitor simply to obtain HR or Employment law advice and discuss the options that are available to you. The consultation is not restricted to a specific length of time and can take place via telephone, email or in person.
- ad hoc advice - We offer impromptu advice directly from our employment team. We are available throughout the normal office hours to advise you on any HR issues, such as those regarding the management of poor performance of an employee or conducting a Redundancy Consultation exercise.
- Retained Services - For a fixed monthly fee you gain access to advice on all aspects of HR and Employment law, whenever you need it. Clients under this scheme are free to discuss a problem or business proposal with us and obtain fast, specialist advice on any related HR issues.
- Projects - Our team are also available to assist on projects, which can be discussed and agreed on an individual basis. This includes projects such as drafting an Employment Contract or Staff Handbook, or for us to design an Appraisal process with appropriate documentation.
